Jim Jones, Byrd Gang leader, finally confirmed that a Dipset reunion is going to go down and that he has spoken with Cam'ron. It all went down recently when Jim Jones was at the Funkmaster Flex radio show. On it Jones hinted and expressed the need for a Dipset Reunion.
"For the most part I've been selfish about a lot of things this past year," Jones said. "I'm just extending my hand to the contribution of getting this Diplomat business done. If Cam'ron is listening, maybe we could sit down to get some business together and give the people what they want...Cam has always been on the top of business as far as making money. We spoke. I was doing a lot of b.s.in' too. So hopefully I'ma do what I told him in the conversation...Aside from everything else, it's a lot of unfinished business." (Hot 97)
Althought last week when Jim Jones was asked by Angela Yee on Shade 45 about Cam'ron he acted to not even know who he was. "Who?" than when asked about the dipset reunion Jones said "Im the only one that dont know about it. I dont know what hes(Camron) talking about. If the money's right we'll talk"
Camron had said that he spoke with Jim Jones recently "I called [Freekey Zekey's] phone four or five days ago and Jim picked up Zekey's phone ..... Me and him(Jim Jones) spoke for about 10 or 15 minutes, but me and Zeek speak all the time. I haven't spoken to Juelz Santana...It was cordial. He knew it was me...He said we was gonna holla, maybe we'll put something together. But in the immediate future, I'm just doing Cam."
